Purpose
Independently, under supervison of the VP marketing, manages and develops the desired on- and offline company image ensuring consistent messaging and uniformity in presentation externally and internally.
Tasks and Responsibilities
1. Measure, manage and monitor the online presence of company
Main activities
- Manage the company (corporate) websites, blog and Search Engine Positioning.
- Instruct/train the marketing team how to maintain the websites and create guidelines to align
- Create, coordinate and improve SEP programs
- Create and maintain the social media strategy with the VP of Marketing and roll out globally
- Ensure the timely implementation of proven new web technologies/systems to stay up to date/ahead with the online competition
- Monitor, measure and report on the online presence of company
- Analyse company related online behaviour, trends and results:
- Websites
- Social media platforms/blogs/communities
2. Ensure consistency in corporate communication / presence of the company brand
Main activities
- Develop, communicate and maintain the company corporate style including internal policies/guidelines and monitoring on compliance
- Create, implement and maintain (Word/PPT/email) templates to secure consistency
- Manage new collateral creation and the design of the collateral
3. Indicate areas of improvement and initiate projects to increase the level of professionalism of the marketing communication department or result in doing things cheaper, better or faster
4. (Transfer of) knowledge
Takes initiative in the development of qualities of own and of junior colleagues.

- Attends training to keep marketing knowledge and skills up to date
- Follows future business trends and needs;
- Assists colleagues with complex activities.

Education
Bachelor’s degree in communication, journalism or similar education.
Experience, knowledge and skills
- Over 5 years or more of experience in communication.
