Independently manages large and complex IT systems and networks, within the defined specifications and

Tasks and Responsibilities

  1. System and Network Management
    Takes care of (or delegates) all the management tasks within the agreements with the
    manager and client, in order for the service level to be achieved.

    Main activities
  1. Incident management
    Solves and reports back (or delegates) reported incidents, within the appointments made
    with the manager and/or client, to have the system functioning properly again.

  1. Documentation
    Completes and coordinates reports and documentation on time and correctly with regards
    to the managed IT environments, in compliance with the management agreements, in
    order to make optimal management possible.

  1. Consultancy
    Plays a leading role in giving advice on complex system-technical issues to clients,
    colleagues and the (BU) Manager, within own area of expertise, to the satisfaction of the
    receiver of advice and within the time target.

  1. Sales
    Proactively signals potential company-business in order to obtain extra income and increase
    customer satisfaction.

    Ensures timely and correct planning and administration, within the company standards and
    agreements and in accordance with customer-administrations, to ensure a professional
