Purpose


Carries out activities in the area of personnel administration, registration and information
and salary administration, according to the requirements of the internal procedures, in
order for the employees and management to be assured of the precise and correct
information (handling).


Tasks and Responsibilities

  1. Personnel administration
    Takes care of the personnel administration, through the personnel information system, in
    order to attain personnel information which is reliable and on time.

    Main activities
  • Maintains the existing files and systems as personal information, personnel information files, absenteeism and such;
  • Adjusts, processes and checks changes in the registration systems with regards to the terms of employment and requirements;
  • Takes partly care of the security of files in order to ensure privacy;
  • Provides ad hoc and on regular bases information from the system.
  1. Salary administration
    Takes care of the salary administration through the salary system taking into account the
    internal and external procedures and legislation (fiscal and social legislation) in order to
    attain reliable salary information.

    Main activities
  • Takes care of and checks the salary payments to make sure that the salaries are correct and the payment is done at the right time;
  • Manages the financial aspects with regards to pension and other insurances, takes care of changes and checks calculations;
  • Checks the execution of several terms of employment with the fiscal and social legislation;
  • Checks all handed in financial personal details (changes and such), signals differences, reports these to the manager or advisor and contributes to the finding of fitting solutions;
  • Supports the manager and advisor with setting up and interpreting rules and procedures.
  1. Helpdesk HR
    Informs employees in reaction to the questions and/or request directed at HR.

    Main activities
  • Gets information usually from existing, direct accessible sources of information;
  • Makes sure that the necessary information is available;
  • Registers outstanding questions, which can not directly be answered and makes sure that it reaches the right person and then sees to it that the person concerned receives the right answer in time.

 


Job Requirements

Education

  • Vocational level Human Resources assistant or Salary administrator (MBO or similar);
  • Training basic salary administration or Human Resources (MBO level).

Experience, knowledge and skills

  • Minimal 3-4 years experience as a salary administrator or HR assistant;
  • Knowledge of the multitude of regulations (personnel regulations, terms of employment, etc.) and their suitability in several areas;
  • Knowledge of the operational aspects of the automated systems.
