Purpose

The Implementation Consultant implements and configures the standard software, within the boundaries of the project plan, according to specified requirements and following our way of work and best practices in order to achieve a smooth working application which satisfies customer requirements.

The SENIOR is responsible for larger projects, complex requirements or configurations and can lead up to 4 juniors.

The ASSISTANT focusses on implementations under supervision.

 

Task and Responsibilities

  1. Customer satisfaction
    Ensures optimal delivery of business solutions to obtain optimal customer satisfaction and
    intimacy.

    Main activities
  • Understands customer needs;
  • Understands the business value of the solutions for customers;
  • Encourages cooperation between customers and the company.

 

  1. Configuration and implementation.


Configures and customizes the software from functional requirements effectively, prepares and gives product related training to end-users and administrators, conform company standards and best practices, in order to achieve well trained users who are able to use the product.

  

  1. Planning & Administration
    Ensures timely and correct planning and administration, within the company standards and
    agreements and in accordance with customer-administrations, to ensure a professional
    delivery.

    Main activities
  • Ensures timely and correct administration of time sheets;
  • Ensures delivery within time, within budget and agreed quality;
  • Monitors progress of own tasks;
  • Communicates on forehand about possible delays or overrun.

 

  1. (not the assistant) Transfer of knowledge
    Takes initiative in the development of qualities of junior business consultants.

    Main activities
  • Follows future business trends and needs;
  • Assists juniors with complex activities;
  • Pro-actively gets and keeps knowledge and skills up-to-date;
  • Share knowledge and experience;
  • Gives presentations, writes content and leads sessions, within the boundaries of personal targets and budgets, in order to share knowledge and experiences with colleagues in own department and other departments.

 

Job Requirements

Education level:

  • Bachelor or Master (sr).

 

Experience, knowledge and skills

  • Must have experience or stong interest in: software implementation, process management and our products;
  • English: fluent in speaking and writing.
